If you actually practice Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, or MMA, this awesome dummy is made of heavy duty Cordura nylon and tight filled for practicing Train Guard, Inside Guard, Turtle Position, Start Position, North South, Mount, Side Mount, Leg Locks, Knee Bars, Ankle Hooks, and more. Yeah, yeah, go ahead and get on your high horse about abusing the carpool lane. My ears turn deaf to such self righteousness the second I start an 8-mile commute projected by Google Maps to take 45 minutes. Two words, my preachy friends: F. That.
